Last year, these industries had the most hybrid job vacancies on FlexJobs, and in 2022, they are predicted to have even more hybrid job openings.

Other Insights

Experts have noted that the marketing and information technology industries had already encouraged hybrid office space setups even before the pandemic. Meanwhile, other industries such as medicine and education have had high demand throughout the pandemic, but they are struggling to attract talent, forcing employers to offer more flexible job options.
